The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on last 15th of July, this year. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were examined and approved with a few amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed playground construction and parking improvement projects.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the initiatives.
Following the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is at this time discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while tackling present concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, noise ordinances, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their feedback by August 15th.
- A community forum will be scheduled on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by installing shrubs, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense of belonging.
We're consistently working on numerous projects, including the restoration of our central park. We invite you to join us in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA sherwood lakes homeowners association Office.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
